Jules Benjamin has been writing music since his first piano lessons at the tender age of five. Brought up on a mixed diet of the Beatles, Edward Elgar, Oscar Peterson, Buddy Holly, Danny Kaye & Nat King Cole, his tastes in music have always been wildly diverse.

When he started playing guitar as an eleven-year-old, his passion for songwriting really came to the fore. This, combined with his love for the great singer-songwriters like Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell, Neil Diamond & Billy Joel, Jules began to thrive on crafting catchy, lyrical songs. A variety of bands have been the vehicle for these creations, but it is the ten albums that Jules has released since 1995 that have displayed the best of his writing.
